Week 3 — The Breath — Your Most Powerful Tool
The breath is the most direct gateway into your nervous system, your energy, and your state of mind. You’ll learn a foundational breathing practice that calms your nervous system and begins dissolving held tension — creating profound shifts in how your emotions and thoughts arise.
Phase 2 — Rebalancing Your System
Week 4 — Circularity — Smoothing Your System & Embracing Change
Stress creates sharp edges in your body, breath, and nervous system — abrupt shifts that keep your system reactive and make it harder to adapt when circumstances, demands, or emotions change. You’ll learn the principle of circularity — bringing a relaxed, continuous flow to your body, energy, mind, and emotions, so that you can embrace change rather than be thrown off centre by it.
Week 5 — Working With the Mind — Release, Not Control
Most people try to control or suppress their thoughts and emotions. This often tightens your system and feeds the stress cycle. You’ll see how thoughts, emotions, breath, and body form a feedback loop — and how applied awareness can interrupt that loop — by noticing tension as it arises, whether in your mind, your energy, your nervous system, or your body, and intervening directly. The mind then relaxes naturally, without being managed through effort.
Week 6 — The Architecture of Your System
Your internal state is constantly shaped by diet, sleep, environment, relationships, and daily rhythms. This session helps you understand how your lifestyle is either supporting or undermining your system, and includes a practical audit to identify the specific factors affecting your energy, mood, and clarity.
Phase 3 — Stabilizing Awareness

With your body, breath, energy, and mind more settled, the course opens into a deeper dimension: awareness itself. Through working with the gaze and relaxing your attention, you’ll experience a quality of open, spacious awareness that allows thoughts and emotions to arise and release without grasping — naturally settling your mind at a level deeper than effort or control can reach.
Week 8 — Integration — Standing on Your Own Ground
The final session brings everything together. Through guided practice and discussion, you’ll create a personal blueprint for continuing the work — identifying which practices suit you best and how to build a sustainable rhythm going forward.
